You need to call Centrelink and register for CCB & CCR, as they determine what percentage you are entitled to. We then link your details to Centrelink, who automatically give us the entitlement amount.

To link your details, you must provide us with your Customer Reference Number (CRN) and each individual child’s CRN in the enrolment.
