How do I know if a Permanent or Casual booking is suitable for me?
Permanent bookings are ideal for families that have a consistent schedule which need consistent bookings. Permanent bookings ensure that your child is guaranteed a spot on the day(s) that you specify. Permanent bookings can be confirmed if you require a consistent pattern for a minimum of 6 consecutive weeks. Casual bookings are suitable for all parents who need flexibility in their schedule. Often these are a one-time or occasional booking, made without the need for a long-term commitment.

How do I know if I am entitled to the Child Care Benefit or Child Care Rebate?
You need to call Centrelink and register for CCB & CCR, as they determine what percentage you are entitled to. We then link your details to Centrelink, who automatically give us the entitlement amount. To link your details, you must provide us with your Customer Reference Number (CRN) and each individual child's CRN in the enrolment.
If there are Custody arrangements in place, how can I ensure these are followed?
You are required to provide the Court Orders at the start of the enrolment process, and this information is passed onto the Carers to ensure they know who is allowed to pick up the children. If an IVO is in place, a photo of the person the IVO is against will be necessary so as to ensure that the Carers are able to call the police, if required.
If separated, how to arrange separate accounts for my child?
Separate enrolments will need to be submitted by each parent. Accounts can be established and payments processed for separated families. The parent who requires care must be the one to request via email, and the booking will be processed and charged under their account.
Who can be authorised to pick up my child from 3C Kidz Care?
