If you have a permanent booking which you would like to cancel permanently, we require 2 weeks’ notice, and you are charged during the 2-week period. If you have a permanent booking and you call to cancel, should your child be unwell, you will still be charged, as we would have allocated staff, resources and food based on a permanent booking.
